We offer custom exclusive items hand made for our customers. No refunds. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please contact us via email dreamzofdea@gmail.com with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
